okay now we all know each other enough lets talk about penis extensions.
sorry what i ment is what rigs are you running and how does it play on your systems.
lucys box- peace offering to missus- shuttle sn45 case/ 2200 athlon/ 512 meg no name memmory/ 17" viewsonic vp171b flat pannel display/ altec lansing gt505 speakers(they are very nice on the ears)/ ati 9500(unmodded)/ 80 + 120 gig drives.
testserver-the big black thing in the corner- chieftec dragon case(black)/msi motherboard nforce2 jobbie(cannt remeber its name )/2200 athlon /geforce 4200 graphics card/ 512 meg kingston 333 ram/ 2 sata + 4 ide drives approx 400gig hd space/17" crt samsung monitor/ poxy no name stereo speakers.
kids machine-part payed for by the kids- tacky black case with blue lights (they chose it-ugh)./ 2800 athlon/ 512 kingston ram/ geforce 6600 graphics card/ 17" samsung crt monitor/ gigabyte mother board nforce 2 jobbie (as the msi im afraid )/ bland no name stereo speakers.
hmm this was ment to be a short post, oh well
as to running bf2:
eris box- good running at 1024x720 medium settings- jerks on first few seconds of map.
lucy box- not allowed to try it on pain of death,(yet )
kids box- okayrunning at 1024x720 with lower settings, looks like a slightly tweaked bf/dc.
serverbox- down for major overhaul- needs updating(no cash yet ) and needs a complete software install/back up. 300gig data to backup

on board sound- wots da point of having sound card i dnt notice a difference.

Medium everything except one thing i cant remember is high. Never slows down never jerks

It does the trick i think most settings are maxed out have to check. _________________

might try xp 64 bit edition, heard good mutterings so far, and the drivers are catching up now too _________________
