I would but i hate weekends as my brother has his boyfriend on the internet all day, i wouldnt let it happen if i had a full time job and only had weekends off, id of killed him if he tried it then.
I understand a few hours streaming but from10am till midnight or later is taking the piss, he complains about me on battlefield but hey i dont take up 100% of the bandwidth when im on it like streaming does, i mean a webpage takes ages to load and the bars on the streaming program go from red to green to show qaulity of transfer, if they move a mm he starts to cry and unplug everyone

have you thought about getting a router with bandwidth allocation built in?
it would stop him from crippling the home network and allow you(or the rest of your family ) to use the net with out this if he was limited to say 1/2 the available bandwith. I think they are more expensive than the regular routers but it sounds like it would save both of you no end of grief.
luckly i pay for my net connection so my word is law!(of course i can be overruled by a higher power,the Mrs, but she only surfs the net so no problems there  )
