I should say hi before i go on my rant so.. Hi, love your server, i especially love pwning henry with my motion mines, but that isnt exacly what this thread is about..
Uhm, i was wondering if you could maybe start booting commanders that are actively participating in the battle. Because these people are just wasting a server slot, when they are whoring a vehicle and spamming the road to the enemy spawns with supply crates, they are either not commanding, or sitting motionless in whatever vehicle for long durations of time.
It annoys me , because i -know- commanding is a full time job, and the end result of a battle can depend on who is commanding or not.

that is a rule but its very hard to know what everone is upto and trying not to die at the same time thanks for letting us know this is happening ill get our admins to keep an eye on it.

Aye seeing a lot of it too.
Generally they just respond to requests and aren't actively making use of the commander screen, you never hear anything spotted from them (I know the sound is annoying, but at times a commander spotting stuff can make or break you).
Our server has a nice collection of regulars now, have seen you around quite a bit 13th, been shot by ya plenty too haha.

I do tend to agree
only time i go in a vehical as a commander is on tunis for a road rage or the team has a hole in the defence or i feel a flag needs to be pushed at more
teams have the habit of getting a little to static for my liking times like that 2-5 people attacking else where can make a huge difference
rest of the time i sit in my rear base looking for infiltrators and generaly helping the team as much as i can
using my orbitals to help clear a way for squads or to pull some presure away from others
edit did take a walker once but to get it to the battle then sat in the aa shouting geting to who ever was close
thanks for letting us know this is happening ill get our admins to keep an eye on it.
