router to router ?is it possible to connect another router to another router ? because i am having no luck, i have tried connecting the internet lead that goes to my pc in the wan port, and then slotting a lead from the "1" port to the back of my pc yet it give's me no internet, jeese this is confusing. i would have a modem box put up here but it'd cost £280 :O

ypu can connect router to router - just don't ask me how to do it as i am more software orinated than hardware

check that you don't have both routers set to be dhcp servers. You should be able to chain them easily enough but check that both models support this.
why are you putting them together anyway?

ah right, damn dhcp , anyways yeah i wanted a router up here so then i wouldnt have to have anotherlead going from my brothers router down stairs (im in attic room) up to my room

so where do you run your other routers cable from?(sounds like you still have a cable running from your original router.
it would have been easier going with wifi or a plain old switch mate.(i realy think that you dont actually need two routers)
hmm have you got two net connects or just one?
