I have had some experience with PSU's over the years. Most cheap ones, or ones that come with most budget or even mid range cases are not very good at lasting long. Although I bet some of you will prove me wrong and tell me you have been using the same 300W PSU for the last 10 years! I bought an Enermax approx 2 years ago (in fact, it's the 8th one down on that page) to run my FX5950 Ultra in my old pc. It's well built, very quiet and currently in use in my Dell which is coming up to 12 months old, ready for a new GFX card after Christmas. Some people will recommend OCZ to you but in my opinion, unless you are a hardcore modder and like flashy lights, stick with Enermax or Antec. If you are shelling out £70 + for a PSU, you will get a good one. Funnily enough, before I swapped my Enermax into my Dell, I considered buying one of the Liberty models, purely because I liked the way you can just include the cables you need, reducing clutter inside the case and 'hopefully' improving airflow a little. That Liberty should do the trick nicely, buy the biggest one you can afford though, it will hopefully last you years and DX10 cards will be out next year. I 'think' the power needed to run those is going to be dialled up a few notches.
Hope my rambling has helped.....

Enermax are decent.
I frequent the OCUK forums ( http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/ ) daily though and the Liberty range has had a more than average ammount of posts regarding failure recently.
If you haven't bought and installed this yet it may be worth looking at offerings from Corsair (what I use, about the 20th high end psu I've bought in the last 5 years) Seasonic and OCZ. They're the best I've used recently.

^ that is mine, they also do a 520w version. I needed 600+ as I have quad SLI (2x 7950GX2) in a Core 2 Duo system.

Eek, I coulda talked you through the installation over Teamspeak in about 10 minutes for free!
Is a very quick procedure.
Unplug two motherboard power leads, molex's to your drives and the power connector on your GPU if you have one. Unscrew 4 screws from the PSU and it slides out.
Screw new PSU in, connect motherboard atx leads, drive molex's and any to your GPU be it PCI-E or Molex.
Close case and power up.
Or if you're anal about your pc installations (like me) you can route many cables behind the motherboard tray and through the case. This helps two fold, firstly it looks nicer and is satisfying, secondly it will help case airflow -the realistic advantage of which in a good case is not even 1 degree, but in a lesser case they often need all the help they can get.
Now close case and power up your internally tidy case, that no one will ever see but you.

Double CPU? If you mean Dual Core there are no more leads if you mean Xeon or Opteron/Duron style dual physical CPU then there is only one more 4 pin
