In-game billboards

Over the last month I've started to see several billboards with new vehicles on them, some people don't see them for some reason. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they for anew patch, upcoming expansion patch or just part of the soldier imagery?

I'll post some pictures of them here in a few days so watch this space!
