BootedI keep on getting booted from bf 2142 with a message saying and nothing else.....it's really annoying i have forwarded a support ticket but no reply since yesterday and i have tried running that punk buster setup.exe where you just put the game in there and press update....it's really annoying me and i don't know what to do.

Try going into your firewall and allowing punkbuster to stream for bf2142,sometimes after an uninstall and reinstall it needs to be applied in the tick boxes again.

right click on bf2142.exe in your game directory useually in prgramfiles/electronic arts battlefield 2142
then go to compatibility and tick the box to run under xp and the run as administrator tick box as well and thats it all done.
Try that above and never i repeat never open up EA link and use that to play the game,alwys use the icon in the games folder or create a desktop one as this one is usual or maybe bugged in the link,stupid program.
If that doesnt work mate only thin recommended is download the new pbsetup file and placing it inside your bf2142 and only adding that game to this version and update it.
Also just thinking about it did u get your 1.25 through EA link? if so i recommend either applying it again to see if that works or getting the patch somewhere else as with my patch 1.4 for bf2 Ea link gave me a patch which says its complete but actually misses certain files.
Also please dont say you have missed the obvious when u reinstll a game with punkbuster in it and not tick that all important box ingame on the server menu which says "punkbuster"then a tick box,if u dont click this the exact same message as you have got in the 1st post shows up

Awesome, nice one disturbed i just ran the test and it seems to be running again, and it werent the last option...if it was well i woulda punched my self in the ass (ouch) anyway thank's again man!
