Whats with the server constantly crashing all of the time. i have been off college for the past couple of days and have noticed that the server is empty most of the time. i went on the server and waited for a couple of people to join, the game finaly started and the server carshed.
i just wondered if there was a reason behind the server messing up all of the time. _________________

Doesnt matter really does it Tarak seen as you now spend most your time on Knife and pistol servers anyway,good way to promote the clan aint it, sorry for this but thats one thing that riles me up,sure im not here anymore but still common sense when it comes to it. _________________
ill have you know that i go on a pistol and knife server rarely, and when i do it was to go on with a friend for a laugh.
Plus as you are no longer a clan member i don’t give one what you think. i still see this as a game and would like to have some fun if that is allowed of course. _________________

as some who who likes the laugh or 2 on a pistol and knife server etc etc with a few from the clan whats the harm ? most of the time the tp players are on it when there is not enough for our server running or its just crashed again
also by playing well and to the server rules it helps spread the clan tag / msg
maybe i missed the clan rule of i must play on clan server 24/7 only ? or maybe there is not 1 and we are doing nothing wrong ?

Hi folks,
The Pistol/Knife only servers are against EA/Dice rules, any that are found/reported are normally shut down, the person paying for the server usually loses their cash, also EA/Dice have in the past wiped the stats of any IP addresses that have used the server in that time, so my advice is to stear well clear.
If you want to go on knife/pistol only servers, remove your tags and do not talk of it here, because as far as the senior members are concerned, it is stat padding and exploiting, and if you are wearing our tags, you are condoning that behavior for not only yourself, but the clan also.
I do not expect to see this talked about again. _________________
i take it titan servers are ok as lets face it if u want easy points there the 1s to go 2 lol
i think if would be worth noting about the servers we not mention in the guild rules as i would have had no clue they are against ours and there rules , as i dont browse on any 2142 forums/sites bar this 1 so to be honest if you had not said anythign i (and maybe others) would never have known _________________

There's been a lot of talk about Knife/Pistol on Total 2142. How these servers were against the ROE in BF2 but no official announcement was made for 2142, all the BF2 vets and many new players simply assumed it would continue to be against and it was not a good idea.
Then people started getting their stats wiped for playing on said knife/pistol servers.
The above is one of about 10 complaints I've come across on my daily browse.
The arguement is simply that it is a form of stats padding, you gain badges with none of the normal game risks you encounter on regular servers. Just the same as some of the other annoying padding techniques we've witnessed on Titan servers in the past months.
My advice, stay well away gentlemen. You never know when someone with nothing better to do is stalking your play and watching what you're doing.
No respectable clan will ever be cool with that kind of play and you are putting your hard earned stats at risk for the sake of a few badges.
Just not worth your trouble. _________________

was on clan forge last night and there was a message about servers crashing a lot recently due to some connection issues with EA. They say this has now been fixed server side so we shouldn't experience any more randon crashes.
at least not until ea release another game patch and everything goes tits up again, but then that's the norm from ea these days _________________
