my pc has died guys ! i just resyaryed it (anti vir update) then when it was just about to boot back up it wouldnt....just all the fans went on full power and the monitor stayed black.....lol i thought it was going to blow up so i turned it off by the mains ...anyway i dunno if i should turn it back on or not to see if it works.....:< why dont i ever have any luck with pc's _________________
The only thing you can do is try it again and see if the fans are running like hairdryers again,then get near the turn off power supply button incase it is.
Did ur computer reset on its own without warning or did it say it needed a reboot after the virus update? _________________
ROFL .....i found a temporary fix...i have to change the usb stuff's slots each time (i have a mouse and keyboard slotted into the usb slots) and i have 4 slots in the back so i change them from the top ones to the bottom ones each time _________________
Ah well,good to hear,i had a fan problem before but it was linked to the BIOS which was reseting my fan speeds when i had a dodgy restart for no reason, so i installed fan control program and set the speeds to normal and got a new bios battery.
Also my father found a large fan used in radio cooling for the power supplies, its 12v so works with the mobo i have, adds better cooling to the case.

lol,thank's anyway mate but yeah there is no problem with over heating (cpu never goes over 23 degrees) anyway gonna buy a new pc for the heck of it..get a full cashback on this junker not even had it a year yet gonna go for a custom built one with evasham
