Please download and install teamspeak 2, then use the guides in the server section to connect to Teamspeak, ask questions if you are struggling.

Next time you are gaming, join Teamspeak and one of the teamplay squads, we will assess you over some weeks, and let you know a decision.

-In other words, play normally and participate in teamspeak/squads.
